About the Role
We are looking for a candidate to represent the client in the role of Market Manager. The focus will be on training retail staff and driving sales. You should be based in Belgium and willing to travel within Belgium for work. Travels to the Nordic countries might occur. You will build relationships with resellers and retail sales staff to increase visibility and knowledge of the client’s products in stores. The role involves demonstrating products to both customers and retail staff, and supporting resellers in sales efforts. We are looking for someone creative with an innovative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and coach retail staff on the products
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitors
- Attend events and trade shows
- Continuously analyze and report results
Your Background
We are looking for someone who:
- Has worked in retail for at least 3 years
- Experience with consumer electronics is a plus
- Enjoys building and maintaining relationships • Is socially skilled and good at engaging others
• Is fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
• Holds a valid driver’s license

Additional Information
- Full-time, permanent position

- Location: Belgium
The position is mainly scheduled on weekdays, but evening and weekend work may occur.
